The Venezuelan ambassador to Ecuador, René De Solá, thanked the government’ of President Lenin Moreno for its support of the legitimate and democratic National Assembly (AN), as well as its deputies after the last actions by the Maduro dictatorship against the Venezuelan parliament.
De Solá assured through his official Twitter account that “a democratic transition in Venezuela is necessary and urgent”
The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Human Mobility of Ecuador, José Valencia, condemned the abusive decision of the illegitimate constituent assembly of Maduro who authorized the suspension of the parliamentary immunity of the deputies Tomás Guanipa, José Guerra, Rafael Guzmán and Juan Pablo García.
“Another attack that confirms the urgency of a peaceful, democratic transition, through free and transparent elections”, said the Ecuadorian Foreign Minister.
“With the ruling issued by the TSJ and the ANC of the Maduro regime on Monday, the number of parliamentarians with suspended immunity climbed to 25 and the number of persecuted deputies with open judicial processes rose to 90”, said President (E) Juan Guaidó .
After the ruling, nations and institutions around the world have backed the National Assembly and the President (E) of Venezuela and also have rejected the acts carried out by the Maduro dictatorship.
