The Ambassador in Guatemala, María Teresa Romero, expressed her solidarity and thanks to the President-elect of Guatemala, Alejandro Giammattei and her team for their courage and democratic leadership in the face of the arbitrariness committed by Nicolás Maduro’s regime.
“Maduro’s regime evidenced its dictatorial nature by preventing them from entering Venezuela. Now we will fight closer together”, she said through her Twitter account.
On the other hand, the Embassy in Guatemala thanked the president for his support and determination in the face of the crisis in Venezuela.
“The dictatorship demonstrated its weakness and cowardice by rejecting the president-elect Alejandro Giammattei and his chancellor, Pedro Brolo, from entering the country. We thank you for your courage, leadership and strong voice against the dictatorship in the region and in the world. Venezuela has a great ally”, was the message spread by the official embassy account on Twitter.
