The Charge d’Affaires to Colombia, Eduardo Battistini, classified as “worn out rhetoric” the excuses of the dictatorship about the massive blackouts in the country.
“Again the story of the electrical sabotage. Until when the rhetoric of those who from the PSUV destroyed Venezuela?” He questioned.
Mr. Battistini argued that the only reality behind the blackouts is the corruption of a dictatorship that destroyed the country.
“The only truth is that they destroyed the country’s electrical system because they even stole the water from the flower vases,” he concluded.
This Sunday, more than 13 states of Venezuela, including the capital of the country, suffered a series of brownouts and blackouts as a result of the great energy crisis that has worsened in recent years.
