U.S. Republican Senator Marco Rubio said Thursday that the soldiers of the Bolivarian National Armed Force (FANB), like most Venezuelans, long for the end of the complex humanitarian emergency that Venezuela suffers because of Maduro’s dictatorship.
“These young soldiers in Venezuela generally adhere to the regime’s script. Listening carefully, you see and hear unmistakable signs that, unlike the corrupt regime that ordered them to confront student demonstrators today, these soldiers are also suffering and want this crisis to end,” Rubio said through his personal Twitter account.
On Thursday, university students marched nationwide to call for an end to the dictatorship and the crisis lifted by Maduro’s dictatorship.
This type of demonstrations are being generated through the strategy implemented by President (E) Juan Guaidó which seeks to generate more internal pressure to generate the cessation of usurpation.
