The Colombian government reported that three members of the al-Qaeda terrorist organization were detained in the United States while seeking to enter Dallas with Colombian passports. Previously, they had managed to enter that country from Venezuela.
The deputies of the National Assembly, Karim Vera and Carlos Valero, made a statement on the event and the other terrorist cells that live in Venezuela, thanks to the relationship that they have with Nicolas Maduro’s dictatorship.
“We have been denouncing it for a long time and it was ratified in the National Assembly Session of January 21st. The usurper regime promotes and shelters in Venezuelan territory terrorist cells that sow panic in the population and attempt against the peace of the Western Hemisphere,” she said.
Congressman Carlos Valero said the Parliament has alerted the world to the regime’s cover-up of armed groups within the national territory.
“It is a reality that Venezuelans living in border areas are suffering,” he said.
During his international tour, Venezuelan President Juan Guaidó has denounced the relations of Nicolás Maduro’s regime with global terrorism and his work to promote it in the region,
The head of state assured that these groups receive support, sponsorship, money, weapons and “logistical facilities” from Nicolas Maduro.
