The deputy of the National Assembly, Delsa Solorzano, presented the nomination form for the new Board of Directors of the National Parliament.
The Member of Parliament thanked the deputies for doing the right thing for the country and expressed her pride in belonging to the National Assembly.
“We are making history, thanks to the diplomatic corps for joining us, we have lived through some tough hours,” she said.
Solorzano reported that regime officials raided the hotel where the NA deputies were staying.
“We have seen briefcases dancing full of blood, not money, every one of those dollars is stained with the blood of children who die in hospitals,” he said.
The deputy represented the parliamentary minorities, who decided to support the re-election of Juan Guaidó as president of the National Assembly.
“We want to back a man I admire very much, who has been persecuted by the dictatorship, who is running for the first vice-presidency of Congressman Juan Pablo Guanipa”
“For the second vice-presidency, we are supporting on behalf of the parliamentary minorities a long-standing legislator, who fights corruption, Carlos Berrizbeitia,” she said.
