“We know nothing about him, we have unofficial information that he was intercepted by the FAES and kidnapped by Maduro’s dictatorship,” Pichardo warned during her speech.
“We call on all international organizations, from this National Assembly we are going to make all the denunciations. We fear for the life of the deputy. Enough of this persecution, they are not going to bend us, there is no persecution that will make us abandon this fight for freedom,” she added.
Pichardo also recalled that it has been one month since the kidnapping of deputy Gilber Caro by the FAES and urged the international authorities to address these new human rights violations committed by Maduro’s regime.
