The deputy to the National Assembly, Francisco Sucre, announced that the legitimate Government of Venezuela and that of Colombia will make a formal complaint to the United Nations Security Council for the protection of terrorist groups by Maduro’s dictatorship.
“Recently Maduro invited Mr. Santrich to the celebration of the Sao Paulo Forum when described himself as a member of the Farc. That is what it is, it is a group that uses a supposed social class struggle to mask its true activity, which is drug trafficking”, said Sucre.
In addition, the parliamentarian condemned the “recruitment process that is taking place on the Venezuelan border of young people who are leaving every day, fleeing from this disaster, and who are recruited by these ELN crews.”
“They are increasing this criminal army using the need of the majority of our young people who are crossing our border every day”, said the deputy.
Also, he stressed the importance of denouncing the protection that terrorist groups are receiving before international organizations. “Our country is taken by these irregular groups and we will take this issue to the United Nations General Assembly because this is a direct violation of a Security Council resolution.”
“At the end of the month we are going to take it to the UN General Assembly and present the complaint, together with Colombia, of how it is intended from Venezuela to plan terrorist acts”, he said.
