The Presidential Commissioner for Foreign Affairs, Julio Borges, said that the clarification mission designated by the UN will investigate in detail the cases of human rights violations.
“The fact-finding mission approved by the UN will allow the investigation of specific cases of human rights violations in Venezuela”, Borges said.
He also pledged to continue working until justice is done with every human rights violation committed in Venezuela.
“This mission means that beyond the complaint, specific cases and specific responsibilities will be investigated. The value of these investigations has full value of evidence in any judicial process against human rights violators”, he explained.
For this reason, he stressed that not only is the complaint being promoted, but also the punishment and responsibility of each person responsible.
