The president in charge of Venezuela, Juan Guaidó, spoke on Sunday about the unfair and arbitrary detention of Roberto Marrero, head of the Presidential Office, who has spent 200 days kidnapped by Maduro’s dictatorship after officials of the Bolivarian National Intelligence Service (SEBIN) arrested him on March 21st, 2019.

President (e) Guaidó also said that “facing a dictatorship has risks beyond the personal. That is why my Office Manager Roberto Marrero has spent 200 days kidnapped by the dictatorship, even though it is already known that (the regime) planted weapons to accuse him.”

Similarly, the Venezuelan president demanded the freedom of Marrero and all political prisoners in Venezuela.

The Head of State also said that “the kidnapping of the head of the presidential office was an order of the usurper, as confessed by General Cristopher Figuera, former Director of the SEBIN appointed by Maduro, and who was aide de camp of president of Chávez for 12 years.”

“Despite the persecution of Parliament, Venezuela, like Roberto, continues to fight”, Guaidó said.
