The President of Venezuela, Juan Guaidó, made a tour in the city of Barquisimeto, where he participated in the Zonal of the Medical College of Lara state along with deputies of the National Assembly and regional leaders.
The president referred to the announcement of the beginning of Christmas celebrations by the government, Venezuelans will not have parties. What Christmas is the dictator talking about,” he questioned.
“Today we have a strategic orientation. If we’re not going to have Christmas, they won’t have Christmas either,” he said.
“I dream of recovering that Christmas and we have the opportunity to make that miracle very soon. But we have to accomplish the task set so that the country does not surrender and with our sights on November 16th, we have to activate everyone of us,” he said.
The Head of State commented that the great inflation that the country is suffering has hit the pockets of Venezuelans and their purchasing power has disappeared, while ensuring that one Christmas dish already exceeds the minimum wage of the citizen.
The monthly salary of a Venezuelan is positioned at Bs. 300,000, commercial establishments have begun to offer the famous Venezuelan hallacas from Bs. 150,000 up to prices in dollars.
