The president in charge of Venezuela, Juan Guaidó, said that the salary increase announced Monday by the dictatorship once again evidences the economic failure of the regime.
“From the usurpation in Miraflores they continue to make fun of the working People”, the president said after an announcement made by a Chavista militant that the minimum wage went from 40,000 bolivars ($ 2 per month) to 300,000 bolivars ($ 15 per month).
President (e) Guaidó added “they announce secretly another salary increase that evidences their economic failure, we have the lowest salary in the continent.”
Futhermore, the Head of State stressed that the new salary is so low that the dictator Maduro did not want to announce it and sent a Psuv militant to do so. “Without showing his face, the usurper leaves this sad announcement to the mouth of another.”
