The president in charge of the Republic, Juan Guaidó, reiterated the call that Juan Pablo Guanipa convened on Thursday October 24th to mobilize in Caracas in support of Zulia State.
“We remain firm, all our support”, wrote the president in his personal Twitter account. He also reported that the regime attacks the leader for his “leadership in defense of the Zulians.”
The also top representative of the Venezuelan Parliament, recalled that the dictatorship fears street demonstrations and that is why those convened in solidarity with Zulia and that in November 16th at the national level, became more relevant. “The regime shows its fear of mobilizations”, he said.
Earlier, the Primero Justicia Party deputy withdrew from the Ordinary Session of the National Assembly, having received information about alleged revocation of his parliamentary immunity.
On October 8th the deputy of the AN invited the Zulians who live in Caracas and also inhabitants of other states to raise their voices on October 24th to protest “in favor of Zulia and all assume responsibility with the state and with all Venezuela”.
