The Interim President of Venezuela, Juan Guaidó, visited the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), as part of the 2020 international agenda being carried for the last couple of weeks.
The president said he discussed the tools for rescuing Venezuela and the economic opportunities the country has to build a prosperous future.
“With the IDB, a multilateral organization focused on the development of countries, we talked about the tools to rescue Venezuela and the future opportunities we have,” he said through his Twitter account.
The head of state reiterated his thanks to the international organization for its commitment to Venezuela’s recovery and for believing in Plan País as the engine for the nation’s reconstruction.
“Thank you for supporting the construction of the Venezuela that comes with Plan País,” he said.
IDB President Luis Alberto Moreno said that Venezuela needs a path quickly and that they have been working hand in hand with President Guaidó.
