The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), Luis Almagro, reiterated the danger that the dictatorship of Nicolás Maduro represents for the Venezuelan people.
“The repression they suffer every day, with violations of human rights, deaths, lack of medicines, food, shows it,” he assured.
Almagro stressed the importance of achieving a democratic and free Venezuela.
“The country needs to be rebuilt with justice, peace, development and above all democracy,” he said.
The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), Luis Almagro, demanded this September 16th consequences for Nicolas Maduro’s regime after the last report presented by the UN.
“It is absurd to think that criminals against humanity who repress and eliminate opposition and dissidence can organize free and fair elections,” he said.
