The United States Agency for International Development (USAID), within the framework of the “Together is a Better Challenge” program, continues to search for innovative alternatives to help the Venezuelan people alleviate and overcome the crisis generated by Nicolás Maduro. For this reason, this Thursday, May 14th, it will hold a virtual seminar to explain the funding opportunities for projects that can mitigate the effects of COVID19.
The initiative Juntos es Mejor Challenge is promoted jointly by USAID, the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the Embassy of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in the United States and the legitimate government of Acting President Juan Guaidó. This global program seeks to identify, finance and scale up innovative solutions from anywhere in the world to provide immediate and long-term support to Venezuelans and communities affected by the Venezuelan crisis in the region.
This Thursday, May 14th, at 11 a.m. EST, interested parties will be able to join USAID and IDB members on Facebook LIVE at https://is.gd/DqUppn to learn more about how Together is Better Challenge can mitigate the impacts of the pandemic in high-risk areas such as Venezuela.
