The deputy of the National Assembly, Manuela Bolívar, rejected the figures released by Nicolás Maduro’s regime about the number of cases of COVID-19 in the country.
Bolívar said that the figures reported by the dictatorship’s spokesman, Jorge Rodríguez, do not match up with the reality that the country is experiencing, when he alleges that more coronavirus tests are being done in Venezuela than in developed countries.
“With these figures Jorge Rodriguez has just said that Venezuela (a country without gasoline) is doing more tests of COVID than Germany,” she said through her Twitter account.
Maduro’s dictatorship assured that every day in Venezuela, a country without fuel or public services, such as water, at least 25,000 tests are performed to detect cases of coronavirus and that 53.1% of the patients are already totally healthy.
Bolivar said that 80% of the country has limitations in accessing drinking water and criticized that less than 10% receive the service on a daily basis, with Venezuela occupying third place among the most vulnerable countries to face the pandemic.
Con esas cifras Jorge Rodríguez acaba de decir que Venezuela (un país sin gasolina) está haciendo más pruebas de COVID que Alemania. #DictaduraMentirosa
