The deputy to the National Assembly, José Guerra warned that the Iranian gasoline imported by Nicolas Maduro’s regime, will last a maximum of 15 days in the country.
The data provided by the congressman dismantles the alleged normalization of fuel supply in Venezuela.
“On Monday, June 1st, 125,000 barrels of gasoline (almost 20 million liters) were sold. Today was chaotic. At this rate, Iranian gasoline would last a maximum of 15 days,” Guerra said.
Only the second day after the new scheme to pump and pay for gasoline was implemented, the country faced a chaotic reality and confusion. The shortage of gas stations that sell the fuel at subsidized prices and the proliferation of payment in dollars opens a new scenario of corruption for the dictatorship.
“They are rationing the subsidized (fuel) to sell it at $0.50 a liter. There IS NO gas,” said the parliamentarian.
