The deputy of the National Assembly, Luis Lippa, denounced that Nicolás Maduro’s regime through illegitimate and corrupt deputies, has violated Article 186 of the Bolivarian Constitution of Venezuela, by incorporating several substitute deputies to the illegal session without the absolute disincorporation of the elected deputies.
“They did not make a legitimate installation and there is no president. Now they intend to violate the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and Article 186,” he said through a video posted on his Twitter account.
“They continue to entangle the country, they continue to entangle the Venezuela that we want to build and the people pay for it,” he said.
The parliamentarian made it clear that the false National Assembly has not had a quorum to meet and reiterated that despite the abuses there is only one legitimate National Assembly, recognized worldwide as the only independent power in the country.
