The Deputy of the National Assembly (NA), Rafael Ramírez, rejected the regime’s improvisation in the face of the alleged handling of the Covid-19 pandemic in Venezuela.
Ramírez insisted that poor management and the appointment of personnel unfit to run a field hospital, such as the one placed at the Poliedro in Caracas, will generate more chaos.
The parliamentarian assured that the bad decision by the dictatorship could only guarantee three things: that Venezuelans will continue to hide the fact that they suffer from the virus, that the attention on site will not be of quality, and that no ally of the regime will go to that field hospital because they do have the luxury of safeguarding their health.
“Whoever falls there depends more on a miracle by José Gregorio than on the care he will receive,” he said.
The Presidential Commissioner for Emergency Health and Migrant Health Care, José Manuel Olivares, also rejected the regime’s decision and warned that the dictatorship’s improvisation would increase the crisis due to the pandemic.
“Improvisation, in the middle of this crisis, translates into the death of doctors, of children, of Venezuelans,” he warned.
