The deputy of the National Assembly, Luis Stefanelli, denounced this Thursday that due to the negligence of Nicolas Maduro’s dictatorship there was a rupture of the polyduct that takes oil from Zulia to the CRP (Paraguana’s Refinery Complex), affecting the National Park Medanos de Coro where the Golfete de Coro is located.
“Due to lack of maintenance and provisions, there was a break in the pipeline that carries oil from Zulia to the CRP, affecting the entire coast and the National Park of Medanos de Coro where the Golfete de Coro is located,” Stefanelli said through a message in his official account in Twiiter.
Furthermore, the parliamentarian for the state of Falcon stressed that the spill has been going on for several days without any organism being able to stop it.
“Experts estimate between 10,000 and 20,000 barrels so far have spilled into the sea,” he added.
Finally, the representative of the National Assembly condemned that the regime prefers to sacrifice the environment before suspending the pumping of oil to the Cardón Refinery.
“Ecological disasters continue to occur and PDVSA nothing(is done)”, ended Stefanelli.
Este derrame tiene varios dias ocurriendo sin que hayan podido detenerlo, expertos calculan entre 10 y 20.000 barriles los q hasta ahora han ido a dar al mar. Para no parar la carga d la Ref.
