The Deputy of the National Assembly (NA), Manuela Bolívar, pointed out that this September 25 more than 40 protests were registered throughout the country against Nicolás Maduro’s regime and the humanitarian crisis that he has promoted.
“We Venezuelans refuse to live in the misery caused by the dictatorship,” she said this Saturday through her personal Twitter account.
Likewise, she emphasized that despite the brutal repression by members of the dictatorship, the citizens do not give up their right to protest.
“Although the regime represses and criminalizes the right to protest, Venezuelans do not surrender,” she ended.
The Social Humanitarian Observatory registered at least 44 demonstrations this Friday. In addition, they explained that 20 of them were repressed by state forces.
The protest report platform informed that the protests occurred, in their majority, due to the lack of electric service and scarcity of gasoline.
Más de 40 protestas el día ayer 25Sept: los venezolanos estamos negados a vivir en la miseria ocasionada por la dictadura.
