The Deputy of the National Assembly (NA), María Hernández del Castillo, expressed her support to the citizens who took to the streets of Monagas to protest against Nicolás Maduro’s regime and the crisis of basic services they are suffering.
The President of the Environmental Commission of the Parliament insisted that Monaguenses are demanding a better quality of life.
“Today we see in Venezuela, without a doubt, the Rebellion of the People,” he said this Tuesday through her personal Twitter account.
Hernandez explained that the state’s inhabitants have months of gas distribution failures, with electrical blackouts. In addition, Monagas is totally isolated because the shortage of gasoline has ended public transportation.
