The Deputy of the National Assembly (NA), Delsa Solórzano, reaffirmed this Sunday its participation in the national unitary pact, in which 27 democratic political parties unanimously agreed not to participate in the electoral fraud called by Nicolas Maduro’s regime next December 6th, 2020.
“Encuentro Ciudadano subscribes the joint declaration with other 27 political organizations, in which we manifest to the country and the world that we unanimously decided not to participate in the fraud called on by the regime,” she said through her personal Twitter account.
The parliamentarian reiterated that the political party she presides has been firm in the democratic struggle and that her decision seeks to avoid legitimizing Maduro’s dictatorship with a manipulated election through a National Electoral Council bought by the regime.
“Today, more than ever, it is necessary to remain united against fraud,” she ended.
This Sunday, 27 democratic political parties reported that they unanimously agreed not to participate in the electoral fraud called for by the Maduro regime. The political leaders recalled in the document all the abuses committed by Maduro’s dictatorship against the Venezuelan electoral system, the National Assembly and the process currently called, which only seeks to strengthen the regime’s usurpation of power.
