With the premise of accompanying the protest of the Venezuelan people in the streets for freedom, justice, free elections and articulating the convocation of the Popular Consultation, the deputies of the Parliamentary Bloc of Lara toured the city of Carora during this weekend.
Together with the leaders of the Municipal Command sworn in Torres District, leaders of the various political parties and inhabitants of the district’s capital, the parliamentarians Edgar Zambrano, Macario González, Luis Florido, Oneiber Peraza and Alfonso Marquina, accompanied the walk under the slogan “Torres Raises its Voice”.
Furthermore, Deputy Edgar Zambrano, expressed the firm willingness to continue inviting and organizing the Venezuelan people in order to encourage good citizen participation from December 7th to 12th in the mechanism promoted by President Juan Guaidó.
“We have expressed strong support for the Popular Consultation, which emanates from articles 1, 2 and 70 of the Constitution, we must defend and bet on unity over differences,” he said.
The tour culminated in the town of Río Tocuyo, Camacaro Parish of Torres district where the militancy and leadership of the political parties Acción Democrática (AD), Voluntad Popular (VP), Primero Justicia (PJ), Un Nuevo Tiempo (UNT) and Encuentro Ciudadano (EC), once again sealed the commitment to the fight for Venezuela.
