The President of the Foreign Policy Commission of the National Assembly, Olivia Lozano, applauded that the United States Government ratifies its full recognition and support for the Interim Government led by Juan Guaidó.
“This announcement is made at a momentous time, in which some voices sow reckless theses about the end of the Interim Government on January 5th, 2022,” Deputy Lozano remarked in statements to AN Radio.
The parliamentarian highlighted how the United States recognizes the constitutional bases for the continuity of the Legitimate Government that seeks to combat Nicolás Maduro’s bloody dictatorship.
She also pointed out that it is not an isolated declaration, but a generalized recognition of the free world that unrestrictedly supports the continuity of President in Charge Guaidó and his Government until the institutionality and the rule of law are rescued and restored in Venezuela.
The parliamentarian emphasized that the Foreign Policy Commission will continue to coordinate international alliances that allow for greater pressure and action.
