“We are aware of the difficult situation that the town of ‘Altos Mirandinos’ is going through and particularly in the Guaicaipuro Municipality where the Victorino Santaella Hospital is located. Hospital which has collapsed,” said the human rights defender during the walk along Bermúdez Boulevard.
“We have seen our hospital doctors begging on their knees for their health, of their families and the patients who are there, because here the healthcare situation is very serious, as well as in the rest of the circuit,” she said.
Solórzano also referred to the serious case of the ‘Carrizal’ Maternity, “We know what is happening in ‘Carrizal’ with the Maternity. The delicate healthcare situation is exponentially worse with the covid-19 rate throughout the state.”
She thanked the deputies of the Delegate Commission and all the media present for their tour of Los Teques, Carrizal and Los Salias. “the legitimately elected National Assembly, in 2015, remains in the streets demanding vaccines for the people and free elections.
