The president in charge of the Republic, Juan Guaido, held a meeting with Deputy Edgar Zambrano, first vice president of the National Assembly, who was released last Tuesday, September 17 after more than four months of kidnapping by Nicolás Maduro’s regime.
The news of the liberation of Zambrano generated reactions among the representatives of the legitimate government, all agreeing on the continuity of the work that must be carried out to achieve the cessation of the usurpation.
Two days after being released, Deputy Edgar Zambrano held a meeting with the presidency in charge. The second vice president of Parliament, Deputy Stalin González, also participated in the meeting.
The National Assembly approved an agreement to ratify Juan Guaido as president in charge of the country, until the cessation of usurpation in Venezuela is achieved.
