The deputy of the National Assembly of Voluntad Popular Party, Tamara Adrián, pronounced herself this Tuesday during the Ordinary Session of the Venezuelan Parliament about the Draft Agreement on the occasion of the International Day of Human Rights, affirming that in Venezuela the usurper regime constantly violates all Human Rights.

The parliamentarian recalled that the human rights process has evolved substantially in the world in recent years, “when the United Nations was founded, the central idea was to prevent States from committing Human Rights violations and if any of them committed such acts they would be sanctioned.”

She emphasized that the high commissioner for the United Nations, Michelle Bachelet, through her report uncovered the atrocities that Venezuelans currently live at the hands of the regime “in Venezuela practically all human rights are violated in a routinely by an opprobrious usurper regime, that’s why human rights defenders are uncomfortable. She said that if you take some of the articles of the Constitution regarding fundamental rights, none of them are being respected.”

Crystallex’s actions are illegal, null and void

During Tuesday’s Plenary, the national parliament debated the Draft Agreement that declares the Absolute Nullity and Consequent Nonexistence of the Transaction Agreements and other Decisions Adopted by Reinaldo Muñoz Pedroza, usurper prosecutor imposed by Nicolás Maduro’s regime.

In his right to speak, the deputy of the National Assembly for Voluntad Popular, Macario González, stated that “The debts acquired by the usurper are illegal, are punishable internationally for being improper negotiations. That is why we ask that Crystallex also be sanctioned, there was fraud in the process of arbitral litigation and there are debts (contracts) that did not pass through this parliament.”

Finally, González emphasized that those who maintain the usurpation of power committed the assets of the Republic and do not monitor or control anything, stressing that everything signed by the usurper attorney Reinaldo Muñoz is of absolutely illegal and null.
