The President in charge of the Republic, Juan Guaidó, extended his condolences to the President of the United States, Donald Trump and his family, after the death of his brother, Robert Trump.
“On behalf of the people of Venezuela, we extend our most sincere condolences,” the national leader wrote on his social network accounts.
Guaidó, on behalf of the Legitimate Government issued a letter of condolence to his US counterpart.

President of the United States of America. Washington.
Dear Mr. President,
On behalf of the people of Venezuela, I extend my most sincere words of condolence to you and your family on the sensitive death today, August 16th, 2020, of your brother Robert.
We pray for the eternal rest of your brother’s soul, whom we will keep in our prayers.
We hope that time will allow you to repair the wounds left by his departure, while we stand in solidarity with you at this time.
