The Presidential Commissioner for Foreign Relations, Julio Borges, reiterated this Thursday that Nicolás Maduro’s dictatorship assassinated Captain Rafael Acosta Arévalo after practicing various types of torture during his illegal arrest.
“He was assassinated by the dictatorship as consequence of torture. Captain Acosta Arévalo had trauma to the chest, nose, fingers, ankles, wrist burns, moderate dehydration and a skin infection.” Borges said through a message on his official Twitter account.
Furthermore the head of Legitimate Government diplomacy assured that sooner rather than later universal justice will reach all those responsible for the systematic violations of human rights in Venezuela and the victims will obtain the justice they deserve.
“His wife, his children and all of Venezuela await justice,” he ended.
