The Presidential Commissioner for Foreign Affairs, Julio Borges, regretted this Wednesday the death of Salesian Father Alejandro Moreno, who was in a delicate state of health.
“Our heartfelt condolences to his family. Peace to his remains,” Borges said in a message published through his official Twitter account.
Similarly, the Venezuelan diplomat said that Father Moreno, founder of the Center for Popular Research “was a man who dedicated his life to the study of the Venezuelan family.”
“Moreno was a man who was very sensitive to the suffering of the most vulnerable,” Borges concluded.
