Commissioner Pizarro highlighted the work of NGOs in Venezuela despite the violence and persecution by Maduro’s dictatorship

The Presidential Commissioner for the United Nations, Miguel Pizarro, thanked the different NGOs that have supported Venezuelans in the midst of the humanitarian crisis.

This Saturday marks the World NGO Day and the Commissioner stressed the effort that non-profit organizations make in Venezuela in the middle of a country under dictatorship.

“We want to highlight the commendable work they have done to guarantee a better quality of life for all Venezuelans despite the retaliation and persecution against them,” he said.
