The First Lady of the Republic, Fabiana Rosales de Guaidó, condemned the measure taken by Maduro’s dictatorship not to allow the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR) to enter Venezuela.
“In view of the deprivation of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights’ visit to Venezuela next week, the regime is only trying to hide what they already know, which is a rapist and murderous regime,” said Rosales de Guaidó.
“This action by the regime of wanting to anticipate a refusal in the presence of the commission, only shows once again, how in Venezuela the human rights of all are being violated,” she said.
“With this action the dictatorship only shows the fear they have of the justice agencies, as they fear the truth,” she added.
Likewise, President Guaidó’s wife said that “the people of Venezuela are waiting for the visit of the commissioners next week, to continue unmasking the regime before the world.”
“This commission is investigating cases of torture and murder, cases of political persecution and harassment, cases of death due to the humanitarian emergency,” she ended.
