The Presidential Commissioner, Leopoldo López, blamed the dictator Nicolás Maduro for the amount of weapons in possesion of the criminal gangs in Venezuela.
These statements were made after last Friday there was an armed confrontation between members of the FAES and armed groups in the La Vega parish in Caracas.
Likewise, he held the Venezuelan regime responsible for the violation of human rights generated during the shoot outs that lasted several hours.
“The La Vega massacre is another case of violation of human rights by the FAES that has already been pointed out by the UN and that responds directly to Nicolás Maduro, who is also responsible for arming the criminal gangs that today beat the Venezuelans,” said López this Monday through his personal Twitter account.
The President (E), Juan Guaidó, described the event as a massacre and also held the regime responsible for the weapons that were given to the different criminal groups.
“The La Vega massacre is the result of the Regime for having armed criminal gangs to subdue our people,” he concluded.
