In the framework of the International Agenda 2020 the President (E) of Venezuela, Juan Guaidó, held this Saturday in Madrid, Spain, a meeting with the former Mayor of the Metropolitan Area of Caracas, Antonio Ledezma, where they discussed the current situation in Venezuela and the efforts being carried out internationally to achieve the restoration of democracy and constitutional order in the country.
After holding a private meeting, Ledezma told the president on behalf of all Venezuelans that he was “satisfied with the work he has done internationally.”
“Guaidó has put Venezuela back on the agenda of the great countries of the world,” he added.
The Venezuelan politician said that “while Maduro is huddled together with the capos of terrorism and drug trafficking, Guaidó has been received by high-level political figures from Europe, relegitimizing Venezuelan democracy.”
For his part, the president in charge of Venezuela reiterated that “the union of factors is the key at this moment. We are not alone, today the world is with us and we are going to achieve it.”
