The President (E) of the Republic, Juan Guaidó, reiterated that the Legitimate Government is working to address the emergency of the Covid-19 pandemic in Venezuela.
“We remain dedicated to the necessary coordination at the international level to attend to the emergency,” Guaidó said this Tuesday through his personal Twitter account.
The president said he received the Preliminary Report of the Joint Commission for the Follow-up and Care of COVID-19. This document contains the urgent health requirements to attend to Venezuelans during the pandemic.
Guaidó said that during the ordinary session of the National Assembly, was discussed the situation of the most vulnerable sectors of the country in relation to the Covid-19 virus, which are health, food, the elderly, the Venezuelan diaspora and political prisoners.
