The President (E) of the Republic, Juan Guaidó, thanked the deputy of the French Parliament, Mickael Nogal, for his support for Venezuelan democracy.
“We thank the deputy of the French National Assembly, Michael Nogal, for his support to our fight for democracy in the face of a criminal dictatorship that violates the human rights of all Venezuelans,” he said this Wednesday through his personal Twitter account.
Likewise, Nogal expressed that the humanitarian and democratic crisis in Venezuela must be addressed by the international community and must recognize Guaidó as the legitimate president.
“Faced with the humanitarian and democratic crisis in Venezuela, the international community must recognize Juan Guaidó as the only legitimate president, and the constitutional continuity of the National Assembly elected in 2015, until the next democratic elections,” he said.
