The main objective of the National Council of Judicial Defense of the Republic is to guarantee an efficient and transparent process in the hiring and legal processes carried out by the interim government, installed by the President (e) of Venezuela, Juan Guaidó, this Friday, October 9th.
“Today we delegate to you the protection of the Republic, you must go out and defend it. They represent a Venezuela that has been knocked around but that is pushing for its freedom and its reconstruction. The National Council for the Judicial Defense of the Republic is formally installed”.
The activity was attended by the Special Attorney, Enrique Sánchez Falcón; the Special Controller, Juan Pablo Soteldo; members of the ad hoc administrative boards among other members of the interim government.
The National Council of Legal Defense of the Republic is composed of David Natera, Secretary of the Council; Arghemar Pérez Sanguineti; Romer Rubio; Jonathan López; Gabriel Gallo and Freddy Orlando.
In the speech that Guaidó gave during the installation he thanked the support and commitment of the members of the Council and reminded them of the great responsibility they have in their hands.
For his part, Enrique Sánchez Falcón said that the Council “is an instance of extraordinary importance” for one of the most fundamental processes that President (e) Guaidó and the National Parliament have been developing, as is the defense, protection and recovery of Venezuela’s assets abroad.
Meanwhile, Juan Pablo Soteldo, highlighted the “obligation” that the members of the Council have to work for the defense of the country outside its borders.
