The President (E) of the Republic, Juan Guaidó, this Monday rejected the terrorist acts that occurred in Vienna, Austria’s capital.
Likewise, the president expressed his solidarity with the European country after the death of a citizen as a result of the armed attack.
“We extend to the families of the victims and to all Austrian citizens our most sincere condolences, with the hope that time will allow the wounds caused to be healed,” the letter reads.

On behalf of the Venezuelan people I would like to address you on the opportunity to express our strongest rejection and our deepest sympathy for the recent terrorist attacks that have taken the lives of Austrian citizens.
We extend to the relatives of the victims and to all Austrian citizens our most sincere condolences, in the hope that time will permit the restoration of the wounds left by such terrible and reprehensible acts of violence and intolerance which go against humanist values.
I bid farewell by expressing my most sincere affection, my highest esteem and consideration.
