The President in Charge of Venezuela, Juan Guaidó, urged the need for a National Salvation Agreement, given the violence unleashed this Monday by organized crime.
“Again the capital is in distress due to a gang war that the dictatorship armed and promoted,” Guaidó warned in a message released through his social network accounts.
The national leader indicated that one can’t call dictatorship a regime that can neither control the capital nor the borders.
“There is an urgent need for a national salvation agreement and to recover our country,” he insisted.
This Monday new armed confrontations were registered in ‘La Vega’ (A Parrish in Caracas), that left a balance of at least 3 civilians dead (bystanders), in what was an attack by the mega gangs of Cota 905 and La Vega after the FAES tried to take over the observation posts of the criminals this last Sunday.
