Students and authorities from the Central University of Venezuela, Cagua campus, Aragua State, raised their voices in protest at the deteriorated state of the campus.
With sagging ceilings, broken desks, shattered windows and large holes in the walls, the university is not in a condition to resume classes.
Héctor Pinto, Communications Secretary of the FCU-UCV (Student Federation), made a call on behalf of all the students so that the corresponding organizations fulfill their responsibility with the university and recover these spaces.
More than 500 students are affected by this situation. Likewise, they denounced that they have repeatedly reported the large number of robberies that persist in the area. However, they have not received any response by authorities.
