Fedecámaras Carabobo denounced that the fuel shortage and the 7 × 7 scheme imposed by Nicolás Maduro’s regime, complicates the advancement of economic activity in the entity.
Rafael Trejo, President of Fedecámaras Carabobo, warned that the vast majority of companies are working well below 30% of their productive capacity.
“They are practically heroes who are working every day to produce something, pay salaries and seek the best for all Venezuelans,” Mr. Trejo said.
The businessman described as chaotic the lack of gasoline and diesel that affects production processes and delays the distribution of manufactured products.
“Prices are rising because merchandise costs a lot to transport, goods carriers spend 2 or 3 days in queues, that causes the values of all products to increase,” he denounced.
Likewise, he indicated that despite the fact that the regime announced the flexibility for the commerce and transport sector, the business union does not know the details of the measure.
