The former governor of Zulia State, Manuel Rosales, warned the country about the daily martyrdom that the state is experiencing due to the lack of public services.
Rosales explained that due to the negligence of the regime, different proposals were made to improve the roads in Zulia state, however, the poor implementation only increased the problem.
“Given the negligence of the regime, months ago we made concrete proposals to reduce queues, such as ‘pico y placa’, but their poor implementation only increased the miles of queues, in which you have to sleep over trying to refuel,” he explained through his Twitter account.
On the other hand, he assured that Zulia will live a Christmas without the respective public services and reiterated that what abounds in the state is chaos, misery and anguish.
“Christmas without light (electricity), without water, without domestic gas, because of the indolent people, who in these bad times, govern Zulia, generating only chaos, anguish and misery,” he concluded.
