The president of the Copei political party, Roberto Enríquez, denounced this Thursday that Nicolás Maduro’s dictatorship violates the right to due process of the Venezuelan military who have been unjustly imprisoned for not supporting the tyranny.
“Denunciation: This is how the dictatorship treats the Venezuelan military of honor. (Commanders unjustly imprisoned) Violating their right to due process.” Enríquez said through a message on his official Twitter account.
Likewise, the leader of the Christian Democrat Party added that “relatives and witnesses are denied entry to the Martial Court to attend the Oral and PUBLIC trials as dictated by Law.”
