The former governor of the state Zulia, Manuel Rosales, said that the humanitarian crisis that the state is going through is due to the bad policies that the usurper regime has established.
“The regime and the misfortune of having inept rulers in Zulia have made this state the kingdom of the damned. Our region is experiencing a generalized crisis of services that plagues the people without distinction of class, religion or political inclination”, said the founder of the political party Un Nuevo Tiempo.
Rosales recalled that the water service still is lacking in Maracaibo and other municipalities. “Most of the popular and slum sectors do not have cooking gas and their inhabitants are forced to cook with firewood, to this add the problem of garbage”, he said.
To all these problems add “the lack of maintenance to the drainages (creeks), the streets full of holes and the sewage rivers that run through sectors, neighborhoods and urbanizations guarded by worms and flies”, denounced the political leader.
