After having carried out this step, you must complete the form, attach the documents and click the “save” button.
Subsequently, a message will appear with a code assigne to the procedure that will serve to monitor the verification process that the Embassy in Colombia will carry out.
In the second stage, it is necessary to legalize the certification of the documents before the Foreign Ministry of Colombia through the website www.cancilleria.gov.co
In the section of “Procedures and services” you must select “Apostille and Online Legalization” and later in “Make your Apostille or Legalization from your home or office”.
Select “Electronic Documents with digital signature” and “Certification for validation of higher education qualifications”.
On the next screen, you must register an email and upload the PDF file sent by the Venezuelan Embassy in Colombia to the email provided for said process.
The system will display the information entered on the screen, and it is important that it be verified so that there are no errors.
Finally, the procedure must be paid through any of the available means of payment as stated on this page.
Upon receiving the confirmation of your payment, the system will issue the electronic legalization that will be sent to your registered email.
